Let us be your hydraulic partner...

Hedley Hydraulics partners with customers to help find hydraulic solutions for their business. Be it new build or looking to improve their productivity and profitability. We work closely with you to produce a design brief, a system design and a solution that will suit your application.

We have our own manufacturing facilities for system build and we take ownership of our designs, applying in house test procedures to ensure the Hydraulic Power Unit is ready for installation and use when it leaves our facilities.

We have workshop facilities, where we can test, assemble and fabricate hydraulic tanks and skids to industry standards, in a variety of carbon and stainless steels.

We keep tight control of the manufacturing process, providing peace of mind that all elements are being taken care of at our end.

Hydraulic & Pneumatic Power Unit Installation

A key part of a trouble-free hydraulic system is a well-planned and professional installation.

Hedley can install all systems at our customer's locations, having control and ownership from ‘system design’ to ‘switch on’ - it’s an important consideration, as you need to be sure you get what you asked for!

Coupled with our installation we can supply all types of pipework whether compression or hosed and if the application requires it welded, in the material to best suit the environment.

The latest techniques in cleaning and hydraulic fluid monitoring are employed.  An electrical PLC and software control and installation service can also be offered to complete system integration into your operational facilities.

Whatever you need in terms of your Hydraulic Power Unit requirements, we’re confident we can provide a safe, environmentally sensitive and budget-conscious solution.

Hedley also offer hydraulic test rigs for a range of industries and applications.
