Our service and repair section is geared to supplying the attention for hydraulic users, when and where is it required throughout the world. All work is fully documented and guaranteed.

Service contracts and total maintenance packages are undertaken.

Distribution

Hedley carries extensive stock of the products for which it distributes. These are available to our customers on a same day despatch.

All products are supplied with Certificate of Conformity and have full traceability within our ISO9001 systems.

Filtration

We supply filters and filtration systems built around our large stocks of Parker filtration products. Fluid monitoring and analysis, using laser techniques, can be carried out both on and off site for all types of fluids and oils.

Systems and Manufacturing

Hedley manufactures power units to suit all sizes and uses. Control systems using standard control and open and closed loop axis control with the latest bus axis controls for accurate control of all functions.

Computer assisted design; fault finding PLC programs; special purpose machines and test rigs are all included in our capabilities.

Installation

A key element in a trouble and leak free hydraulic system is a well planned and executed installation. We are available to supply all types of pipework whether welded, compression or hosed in the material to suit your application. The latest techniques in cleaning and and fluid monitoring are employed.

An electrical installation service is also offered to complete the package.
